The State IT Agency (Sita) must be kicking itself for letting procurement head Fantas Mobu jet off to the Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA).

"If Sita had not let Fantas (Mobu) go, they wouldn't be in this mess right now," a former ICT player, who chose to remain anonymous, said when asked to comment on allegations of skewed procurement processes within Sita.
