0: DOUBLE TROUBLE?

Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0... ask a hundred different people what it’s all about and you’ll get a hundred different answers. For a real sense of just how confusing things can get, some commentators are already talking about Web 3.0, which could leave the cynicallyminded thinking that we’re merely floating through the next big bubble.
