On 8 November, female leaders and decision-makers from across South Africa sat down to discuss some of the issues impacting women in business. The webinar, powered by Absa and ITWeb Brainstorm magazine, examined the challenges faced by women and focused on the steps that need to be taken to overcome these challenges.

Nomonde White-Ndlovu, Chairperson of Wired 4 Women and MC at the event, opened the discussion: “We will be looking at the issues and challenges women in technology face – the ones they had to navigate in the past, and the ones that still lie ahead. Our goal is to focus on stereotypes and other pertinent issues, such as imposter syndrome and building allies and collaborative relationships.”
