From a music undergrad to leading a team at a global language platform, via founding companies and Women in Tech chapters, Robyn Farah’s talent for connection and collaboration has seen her incorporate her many loves – music, art, maths, and technology – into her career. She was exposed to technology through her father’s medical, consumer and musical technology firm, and through emulation and play. “My older brother was my idol. Everything he did, I did – including playing video games.”

So many influences fed an aptitude for technology. After school, though, it was a love of music and a dream to study overseas that led Farah to an undergrad at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. She started with traditional music, but quickly got bored. Adding in a dual major – music technology – changed the game.
