Does Microsoft’s ERP platform meet business expectations?

01 March 2025

Yvonne Dias, Mint Group

Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is expected to grow by 11.7% and reach an anticipated market size of $17.79 billion by 2029. In the Middle East and Africa, the ERP market is anticipated to grow by $10.20 billion by 2032 at a CAGR of 8.3%; Microsoft is currently in the top three companies for the region, coming third behind SAP and Oracle. The platform has plenty of features, AI capabilities and strong security, so it’s hardly surprising it’s maintaining its growth momentum. But is it nice to use? Does it work? We ask Yvonne Dias, Mint Group’s chief financial officer, and Grant van der Westhuizen, sales manager, business applications, Braintree, about their Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience.
