A recent Gartner survey aimed to establish what impact, if any, the recession would have on green projects.

“Our survey indicates that most enterprises will maintain the priority of green IT projects, despite the recession,” says Gartner research vice-president Simon Mingay, author of the report, titled The Impact of Recession on Green IT: Survey Results, which polled 620 organisations, none of which where in Africa.
