Even after pandemic safety measures are over, 78% of employees hope to work remotely, at least part-time, reported Gartner back in 2020. Still more employees are now on board the hybrid work bandwagon. What started as crisis management to keep work going has turned into a cultural revolution.

People have adjusted their lives around remote working, and although many yearn for the advantages of working among other people, returning to the office isn’t simple. In some cases, the objections are unexpected, says Tony de Sousa, MD for Technology, Datacentrix.
