It’s been a torrid 18 months for local IT executives as the global economic crisis placed enormous pressure on budgets and output requirements. Sentiment on the street is turning positive though, as signs of an economic upturn are slowly but consistently making themselves known.
The question is whether – or more accurately, when – the IT sector can join the party. Brainstorm spoke to local CIOs to get their views.
