You’ve probably come across, at some time or another, people who own pets that look a little bit like small versions of themselves. Your eyes don’t deceive you: it’s a well-documented phenomenon that humans are often selective like that, and, when presented with a choice, will pick out the animals or even, sometimes, objects that reminds them of themselves.

So it should come as no surprise, especially not to anyone who has actually worked for a living, that companies and their CEOs go together like a nightclub bouncer and a pitbull, although the correlations between leader behaviour and company culture are far from superficial, and influence all kinds of decisions on a day-to-day basis.
