You wouldn`t think there`s much similarity between Google and CS Holdings, and you`d be right - one is launching an IPO and the other one is going private.

I doubt whether the financiers behind Google`s planned initial public offering (IPO) have any idea who or what CS Holdings or Reunert are. If they did though, they would see the huge contrast in fortunes.
