One of the more useful things I learnt at business school in the early ‘90s was this: the person with a closed mind is the one left with an open mouth.

This could not be more apt today. we are living in exceptionally uncertain times and if we are not prepared to be agile in our thoughts and perspectives, we could be in for some rude surprises.
