Are you tired of that co-worker who can’t stop saying sorry? The one who will apologise when you spill your tea on their keyboard with the same level of contriteness that they showed that time they accidentally took down your customer-facing web app with an ill-timed and untested upgrade.

Your reaction may be to find them highly endearing or incredibly annoying. Both are valid reactions, as long as you know why you feel that way.
