Datatec is preparing for a global explosion in demand for networking services and products in the last three years of the decade, by seeking a secondary listing on London`s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) by the end of 2006.

It will be looking to raise cash for expansion through the secondary offshore listing, announced in May, alongside results for the year ended February 2006 that demonstrated a continued recovery of Datatec`s businesses.
