This remarkable woman has been the thought leader and programme manager of many global projects, some of which have been first-of-its-kind.

She has facilitated interventions with colleagues and clients in Brazil, Australia, the USA, Canada, Europe and Africa. In 2010, she was chosen to represent South Africa at the United Nations in New York, participating in an expert group workshop that developed a flexible work arrangement strategy for UN senior management. “I am an industrial and organisational psychologist, with a Project Management Professional qualification as well as a diploma in leadership coaching,” says Rhoda.
