Many will know him from his tenure as the chairperson for the Independent Communication’s Authority of South Africa (Icasa), but there is a lot more to Mandla Langa than meets the eye.

Passionately dedicated to the written word, Langa spent most of his adult life suppressing a very strong urge to be the writer he was born to be. Having published his latest book, Colours of the Lost Chameleon in October 2008, Langa is already working on his next book.
