NWK Limited’s Johnathan Smit is one such person who, on a personal level, is very family-orientated and his wife and two sons are, in turn, very supportive of him and the long hours he keeps. His interests include 3D printing, video games, motocross, playing guitar in a band and being a semi-pro paintball player for the South African league.

“It’s not just me. We at NWK are an eclectic bunch and this comes through in how we deal with pain-points and challenges such as the instability of the power supply grid, which causes us to lose UPSes, and generators to freeze and blow,” says Smit.
