What is hybrid working?

This model has gained traction since 2021 as it allows for both the employee and the business to meet in the working framework middle. It lets people choose where they want to work, but also asks that they get themselves back into the office for certain days, meetings and events. How this framework operates and the rules it enforces tends to depend on the type of organisation, the type of employee, and how well remote working ended up, well, working during the pandemic.
