Moses Kgosana embraces nature when overwhelmed by life's challenges. Currently KPMG South Africa's chief executive, he still returns to the outdoors to find inner peace. "My first job was as a herd boy for our family's handful of cattle and goats. At the time, my siblings, cousins and I lived with my grandmother in a rural village called Klipgat. We would take turns to herd the animals to graze - a week at a time. And while you were out there, there was nothing to do but think."
