RT15: The blueprint for dramatic change

That’s according to Nic Chauke, MTN Business’ head of sales and RT15, who says it has been a very interesting journey, given that this is the first time MTN has been interacting with government and the National Treasury in this way.
“We have had to adapt our position from a customer support perspective,” says Chauke. “We’ve had to rewire ourselves somewhat and have put in place teams for onboarding, project management and service management, the last being for security and network support. We also have a team of billing specialists and because we are so pedantic about billing being a true reflection of usage, a specialist, dedicated accounting team.
