The professional services business worries about its reputation, but only because its cash cows are under threat.

That breed of business called the professional services industry – we used to call them lawyers or auditors – is treading an uncomfortable line.
Despite this blow to their collective reputations, professional services companies are not shy to look for a good marketing opportunity amid the rubble of corporate failure. Indeed, they are not shy to use any corporate issue, or variation thereon, as a marketing opportunity for one of their services.
