Research from IBM reveals CEOs see customers as their business advisors going forward.

Research conducted by IBM’s Institute for Business Value, revealed at the company’s Interconnect 2013 event, held in Singapore last month, shows that CEOs are concerned that their counterparts in the C-Suite are out of touch with their customers.
The study – The Customer-activated Enterprise – was based on face-to-face interviews with over 4 000 C-level executives.
