On the spot

On the spot : Security

Spear-phishing is as painful as it sounds, especially if your CFO is caught on the hook.

10 June 2009

Security is always going to be a race between hackers and hackees. And the criminals just keep getting smarter. Not content with casting their nets wide, hoping to catch some unsuspecting phish, they’re now focusing their efforts. Spear-phishing involves criminals specifically targeting corporate representatives who hold the keys to the organisation’s financial kingdom.
