The IP Contact Centre application from FrontRange Solutions has been recognised as a particularly pioneering product by the Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) in the United States.

The latest addition to the FrontRange family of communication management solutions, IP Contact Center 5.0, has won TMC`s 2005 Innovation Award.

“The IP Contact Center (IPCC) application from FrontRange Solutions is truly innovative in the voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) industry,” said TMC group publisher Rich Tehrani when making the award.

FrontRange Solutions SA MD Tracey Newman says: “The IPCC application`s ability to retrieve application data and transfer it with voice data through simple configuration is the main manner in which it differs from legacy technology.”
