The threat of weaponised AI is now a reality, with cybercriminals using it to increase both the volume and impact of their attacks. At its most prosaic, phishing mails can be produced at scale, and in different languages. AI can also be used by hackers to identify vulnerable machines. On the plus side, it can be used to find system weaknesses, which will need to be patched.
