Mobile termination rates are set to decline again by 20c come March next year, and to continue to do so by 5c a year for another two years in terms of draft mobile termination rate regulations published recently by Icasa.

Currently, the mobile-to-mobile termination rate is 40c. The drop next year effectively halves it.
