This horizontal market segment has been in the crosshairs of most ERP vendors` sights - including SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft - since 1998. The difference between then and now is that SAP, most notably, now has product for this sector. MySAP All-in-One was launched earlier this year, catering to the larger mid-sector, while SAP BusinessOne hits the smaller companies. Now SAP is hungry for case studies.
