In only a few years, user expectations have grown exponentially as rich media services, streaming video and bandwidth-heavy social sharing platforms begin to gain traction.

The modern connected users now expect a great deal more than they did a decade ago. Today, entering a search engine request is more akin to blinking an eyelid than an opportunity to marvel at human ingenuity. The demand for interactive content is immediate, and it’s the responsibility of service providers to meet this demand.
