SPECIALISED REQUIREMENTS
In order to capably manage calls for its Member Affairs Helpdesk, the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) required a solution that not only met requirements, but was able to be further extended to provide a Self Service portal, which would in this way allow members to log and view their own calls.
