Thirusha Chetty is always up for a challenge. When she was in school, she loved excelling in academics, sports, dancing and acting. Upon matriculating, she found her way into the IT industry – cutting her teeth on low-level jobs. But that would soon change. Her skills, guidance from her mentors, and healthy self-reflection helped Chetty embark on a successful career in IT consulting and business analysis, then top IT positions at major firms, culminating in her current role as DHL’s Africa CIO.
