“Social” defragment

Are you on Threads? Did you delete Twitter, ahem, X? Still using TikTok as a coffee break in your day, or have you graduated to sharing content on it? Did your BlueSky invite ever land? Still use Facebook to keep the family updated? Or is there a limit to the number of platforms you’re prepared to join and maintain?

As much as some commentators have precogg’ed the death of various platforms (and regulators around the world clamp down on “foreign” apps in their regions), we have more each year – and the proliferation isn’t making the huge dent in download numbers that you might expect.
