The digital evolution has been such that today, the cloud underpins most new technological disruptions, making it a key driver of innovation, agility, data and analytics. Moreover, hybrid, multi-cloud and edge environments are notably more commonplace, the increasing uptake of which has been driven by the recent shift to remote working. This demonstrates that the cloud will likely only increase in importance.

The potential of the cloud should not be dismissed, as it may very well have a significant impact on the economy and job creation.
