Matshepo Soto

Matshepo Soto got her start as a software engineer through WeThinkCode_, a non-profit that provides technical vocational training for South Africa’s youth. She’s currently a full stack engineer at TechCraft Studio, where developing, contributing to systems architecture and working with a cross-functional team keeps her busy. She’s also an advocate for inclusive tech, a startup founder, and a self-described “aspiring CEO”. Her drive, vision and skills have already earned her industry accolades, including the Rising Star in Coding at the 2024 Wired4Women Awards.
