Neels van Tonder has had a challenging 24 months. When UCS Group acquired many of its competitors in the retail software space, Van Tonder was tasked with integrating the resultant seven companies and 15 software products. The aim? To create and operate SA`s first ‘software factory`, named UCS Software Manufacturing (UCSSM).
