Debra Ialamov, head office support manager at FoschiniDATA, has achieved a double distinction for the Manager`s Certificate in IT Service Management, a Foster-Melliar course accredited by the Information Systems Examination Board.
The Manager`s Certificate in IT Service Management is structured to provide learners with the theory and the know-how to implement best practice across service support and service delivery. Worldwide, the course enjoys a 50 percent pass rate.
It is aimed at people with IT management experience and is focused on change management and a best practice framework, says Ialamov.
