Banking on innovation

Believing market research done by banks among their customers to be invalid, Systemic Logic conducted a random survey across various income groups aimed at assessing perceptions of innovation in banking.

Innovation in personalised banking services, followed by virtual banking, were at the top of the wish lists of participants in a recent survey by Systemic Logic market researchers – illustrating the increasingly important role of IT-enabled innovation in the sector.

Innovation is clearly paying off for First National Bank (FNB), which emerged as the most innovative bank, as well as the bank with the most satisfied customers. This scenario is consistent with the view that competitive advantage is best gained through innovation.
