A finalist in last year`s Computer Society of South Africa (CSSA) IT Personality of the Year accolade, Cornastone Consulting CEO and company co-founder Hamilton Ratshefola is this year`s overall winner. The IT Personality of the Year award was presented by the CSSA in association with ITWeb, Gartner Africa and the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

The announcement came in the same week that Cornastone investment DVT – of which Ratshefola is also the chairman – listed on the JSE AltX. DVT, one of South Africa`s fastest growing software and services companies, listed on 6 November.
