Are you in favour of a return to the workplace or of remote work? Is hybridity the future or does it spell the death of workplace culture? This is something we’ve been asking ourselves – and our bosses and underlings – arguably from the moment Covid and the pandemic first shut down our office spaces.

It doesn’t appear to be a debate that’s going away any time soon. If anything, the feeling that the pandemic might be ‘over’ (whatever that means) has meant a refocus on it, with people wondering when we will ‘return to normal’, or, alternatively, why we should.
