Thirusha Chetty

Despite holding the title of chief technology officer, it seems that Thirusha Chetty’s job has as much to do with managing people as managing IT.

Since she joined Softwareas- a-Service company Synaq, her focus has been on building the team, strengthening its skills, and putting policies and procedures in place. IT is involved too, of course, but her first two years have been about having a strong focus on shaping the business to be ready for the future.
