The increasing use of information technology is easing the volume of paper being created by short-term insurance brokers. It's also allowing companies to better service their customers by streamlining and simplifying administrative tasks associated with insurance claims and policy updates.

CIB Insurance Solutions, an independent South African generalist insurance company that provides administration, servicing and underwriting to brokers, has remained ahead of the technology curve over the years. There was a real need for the company to enhance the already complicated and time-consuming process of creating, updating and issuing policies.
