There`s a new Puritanism on corporate networks, that is branding ordinary employees as evil delinquents. It`s hardly the way to keep staff motivated.

George Orwell`s 1984 was a warning to society of a dark dystopia where bureaucrats watch our every move and impose standards of action, language and even thought on its citizens. We thought we had heeded Orwell`s warnings, but in many ways Big Brother is among us.
