IN ISSUE 4 OF MINDSHIFT SHERYL OZINSKY highlighted the sustainable design and management strategy of Farm 215 – an inspiring example of a retreat where the owners are really trying to make a difference. Some establishments are accredited members of Free Trade in Tourism SA, others thrive on partnerships with local communities, are Responsible Tourism award winners or are trying to make a difference in their own, unique way.
