Deciding to put in your own contact centre hasn’t been a trivial business decision, until recently, that is. Two entrepreneurs with backgrounds in IT, HR and contact centres have decided that the hosted, pay-as-you-go model is ready for South Africa and want to prove it with an unheard-of month-to-month payment option.

Mel Mtintsilana, sales and marketing director at Malitha Communications, says the company was initially established around HR training, specialising in labour law and resource management training.
