The corporate environment and its attitude towards employee trust can often be a baffling concept to get your head around.

Recently, I entered the head office of a large organisation to present a few ideas on how it could leverage social media platforms to expand its brand footprint, encourage consumer advocacy and establish an online database for the purpose of market research.
