Reagola`s top management team, consisting of Fareed Regal, CEO of Reagola, and Gerhard Roux, CIO of Woolworths, are remarkably modest about the new company`s achievements.

Re a gola, which means ‘we are growing` in Tswana, started off from humble beginnings two years ago as a two-man division within Woolworths after a management decision was reached not to outsource its technology requirements to a large multinational company. Today, Reagola has grown to a multimillion-rand services company that lives up to its name, servicing local and international clients such as Chevron, IBM, I&J and Business Connexion, to name a few.
