Donovan Neale-May is the president of marketing service company Global Fluency, the founder and executive director of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council (a global affinity network of over 6 000 senior marketing and branding executives), a member of Rhodes University’s Board of Governors, and a South African.

Neale-May is on a mission to nurture the talent and potential that has seen South Africans like himself make it to the top of their fields all over the world. He has linked up with other high-flying expats to do so.
