Technology vendors are continually punting new products, claiming to help office workers become more productive in the so-called new world of work. But there is little point to any of it if there is no way of bringing it all together in a way that actually works.
Simply throwing technology at the problem will not solve it. That's already been proven in Europe where workers say technical difficulties arising from a lack of planning and co-ordination is the biggest killer of productivity.
