If properly managed, the pending acquisition of Atos KPMG Consulting has the potential to transform EOH into a formidable company.

If properly managed, the pending acquisition of Atos KPMG Consulting has the potential to transform EOH into a formidable company.
Although EOH chairman and CEO Asher Bohbot has declined to comment on terms of the purchase of Atos KPMG Consulting until regulatory approval is received, it seems the intention is to retain the latter brand.
The cautionary announcement in which the group declared its intentions lists the brand as one of the benefits of the acquisition. Unless EOH is planning to rename itself along those lines, it is likely that Atos KPMG will be run as a separate business unit, rather than integrated fully.
