Voltaire`s assertion that “Doubt is not a very pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd” is extremely apt for today`s business world, according to David Smith, CEO of Global Future Forum (GFF).
Innovation over the next few years will be developed around the notion of delivering flexibility to the way people live and work, Smith stated boldly when revealing the results of GFF`s annual survey during a recent visit to Johannesburg.
“Research indicates that flexibility and adaptability in business structures will become more important than operational performance,” he explained.
