Software to measure corporate sustainability

SAS, the business intelligence and analytical software and services company, has developed a Corporate Sustainability Scorecard designed to help companies measure performance on sustainability, and to track and improve environmental, social and economic sustainability.

Linked to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the scorecard allows users to see the impact of emissions. A dashboard provides a view of immediate areas of concern. “This scorecard is our contribution to help organisations become greener and more sustainable,” said Peter Venn, Business Development Director: Energy at SAS Africa and Middle East.
