WASPA gets a sting
A code of conduct for wireless application service providers aims to bring them into line with industry legislation.

The Wireless Application Service Providers` Association (WASPA) has a new code of conduct that comes into effect on 1 September. The code, which took shape after almost seven months of comprehensive industry consultation, defines the parameters for Wasps (Wireless Application Service Providers) to do business, and puts in place an adjudicator to manage complaints.
